Job Description

- Manage Planning Team and review overall project status, reports, analyses data with the Project Control team & Project coordinator;
- Monitor, control and report the progress of the work in comparison with the baseline budget and schedule and report on any deviation;
- Participates and be the point of contact in the management of Contractors planning deliverables including Progress & Cost reports, updated schedule, meeting reports, area of concerns, catch up plans WBS, CBS & procedures;
- Prepare required reports & presentations about the progress and the delay of projects;
- Identify the potential problems of the projects, report issues to the manager;
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner and participate effectively in the meetings;
- Provide the projects’ control documents;
- Prepare and Update Risk management/ Cost control reports;
- Conduct project site visits/ meeting if it is needed;
- Perform other duties as needed;
- Reporting to: Project Manager. Subordinates: Planning & Control Team.

Requirements

- Preferably graduated in Industrial Engineering or other related engineering disciplines. - At least 3 years of work experience as a project manager (on-site and office experience) - Experienced in leading a crew, documenting, and inspection. - Ready for frequent visits to the project site
