Job Description

- Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
- Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group and Panel Interviews.
- Consult and support hiring managers to recruit best available talents for vacant positions.
- Good command of working with technological providers (Applicant tracking systems, various social media platforms …).
- Conduct of assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
- Analyze the recruitment agencies performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommend changes and improvements.
- Prepare documentation for hiring process.
- Prepare monthly and annually hiring and HR planning reports.

Requirements

- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields. - Minimum two years of experience as recruitment specialist (Preferred to be familiar with Pharmaceutical industry). - Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices. - Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed. - Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities. - Strong attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills. - Must have the ability to work independently in a remote working occasion. - Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. - Fluency in written and spoken English.
