Job Description

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverable
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Construction Management Electrical Engineering Project Management • At Least 15 Years of Project Management Experience, Mostly in EPC based corporations, (with focus on utilities in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry, construction and Hydro power plants and other kinds of power generation, industrial Water and wastewater treatments, potable water supply and distribution, industrial development in the mining and steel sector.) • Proven work experience as an Industrial Project Manager, Project site experience required • Knowledge of construction principles, procedures and site safety, understand construction sequences and determine completeness of project documents, review details and designs for construct-ability. • Ability to read drawings and specifications, with an understanding of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, as well as ability to identify/anticipate missing information. • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and balance priorities consistent with Company strategies and goals. • Good Knowledge of Legal and contracts affairs of the project, contractor payment application documentation and process. • Good knowledge of project managing standards (PMBOK in particular) and also local construction standards and regulations. • Strong negotiations techniques skills • Excellent management and leadership Skills • Strong problem solving skills, analytical and strategic mind • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Effective Team- working Skills • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
