-Responsible to develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of designated Brand & Products portfolio -Encompassing both existing and new product development by proactively planning, developing, implementing structured, coordinated, strategic and tactical plans in line with company’s overall goals and objectives through Brand Building, Consumer/Shopper Insight, Innovation -Renovation, Cost Optimization, Superior Product Profile, Advertising (Offline and Online), Media Investments, & Channel and Category Development -Accountable to achieve company targets in terms of market share, volume and profit growth. Identifies new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches
Requirements
-Minimum BS/BA/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related function
-Minimum 7 years work experience in marketing field and marketing management experience in FMCG environment
