Job Description

-Responsible to develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of designated Brand & Products portfolio
-Encompassing both existing and new product development by proactively planning, developing, implementing structured, coordinated, strategic and tactical plans in line with company’s overall goals and objectives through Brand Building, Consumer/Shopper Insight, Innovation
-Renovation, Cost Optimization, Superior Product Profile, Advertising (Offline and Online), Media Investments, & Channel and Category Development
-Accountable to achieve company targets in terms of market share, volume and profit growth. Identifies new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches

Requirements

-Minimum BS/BA/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related function -Minimum 7 years work experience in marketing field and marketing management experience in FMCG environment -Can do attitude -Ability to multitask -Ability to work well under pressure -Ability to work well with cross -Functional teams -Ability to be creative with a good eye for design & content -Ability to co-ordinate and drive a consistent brand message across multiple teams across the business -Strong analytical, financial, & pricing skills preferred -Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills -Strong negotiation skills -Self-organization, -Ability to use structured management systems
